At Dolly Sports, we want you to feel confident and motivated in your new gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your active lifestyle, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
